Shipping policy

At Hartwell, we work hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. During promotions, peak demand and holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 working days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery times vary with the service selected and the destination.

  • Standard delivery (United Kingdom): 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
  • International: 10 to 14 working days after dispatch, where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by matters outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing and peak periods.

Free Delivery

Tracked UK delivery is free on every order.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you have not received tracking within 2 working days, check your spam folder and then email help@hartwell.co.uk.

Delays

We aim to meet the delivery estimates shown on our product pages, but delays occasionally happen. Hartwell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address details or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we will track it down or make it right.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as one-time purchases. You can manage, pause or cancel a subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing help@hartwell.co.uk.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped to a corrected address, and additional processing time may apply.
